The most common forms of the disease are panic disorders with agoraphobia, panic disorders without agoraphobia, various phobias (including sociophobia, agoraphobia), obsessive-compulsive disorders, generalised anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What causes the development of anxiety-phobic states? The causes of the disease can be both internal and external. In most cases, anxiety is caused by endogenous factors, including constant stress, strong psychological shocks and traumas, depression and other mental disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manifestations of anxiety disorder are not difficult to recognise &#8211; they will definitely not go unnoticed by relatives and friends. During an attack, the patient experiences intense unreasonable fear, excitement. His heart rate increases, there are severe headaches, migraine. Not uncommon guests in such a period &#8211; phobic and panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, inexplicable desires to escape from the state of &#8220;here and now&#8221;.
